CHARACTER PROFILES: JANET & SAM

Janet Bennett met her lover Sam Finchley at the hospital, when they met it wasn’t that many years back that Janet had lost her husband Dennis who was run over by a speeding car down at the village shopping area. Janet is about the only genuine neighbour of ‘Thatch Close’ Sam is the Doctor in the village so often has to attend to the neighbours around the Close. Janet and Sam’s relationship blossoms, and as time goes on although they go through some bad times their love for each other is what keeps them strong.
